Server = https://mirror.astrd.net/blackarch/$repo/os/$archSet up BlackArch's signing keys FIRST -- its packages are signed by
its own keyring, which lives in the repo itself, so pacman cannot install it from a repo it
does not trust yet. Run BlackArch's documented bootstrap (for BlackArch,
strap.sh, which installs blackarch-keyring and runs
pacman-key --populate), then append the block above to
/etc/pacman.conf and run pacman -Sy. This block replaces the default
mirror, not the keyring step -- if the bootstrap already left you a
/etc/pacman.d/blackarch-mirrorlist, putting the same Server line
at the top of that file is equivalent.
